National Commander Martin "Marty Conatser discussed Legion programs with Warren K. Clark, Commander of the Turner Memorial Post 111, American Legion.

 

Turner Legion post officers to convene

TURNER - Warren K. Clark, commander, Turner Memorial Post 111, American Legion, has announced an officers' meeting to be held on Thursday, Dec. 13, and a post members meeting on Thursday, Dec. 20, both to be held at the Leavitt Institute Building Community Room, 98 Matthews Way, Route 117.
Members are asked to bring a toy for the Salvation Army, and AA and AAA batteries, wet wipes and cookies to be sent to troops in Iraq.

National Commander Martin Conatser recently discussed programs with Clark. Conatser spoke of the importance of the National Legacy Scholarship program, the newly adopted Legion Rider program, American Legion baseball and Boys and Girls State.
